My Subscription Isn't Working

We're sorry you're having trouble with your Crystal water monitoring subscription. Here are a few things to check:


If you just purchased your subscription but it's not showing up in the app:

  • Go to your pool or hot tub home page and pull down to refresh the page. Sometimes the app doesn't get the latest updates and this action should clear that up.
  • If that doesn't work. Try closing the app and restarting it
  • If the above steps don't resolve your issue please open a ticket with customer care using the button in the top right of this page.


If you've had a subscription for a while:

  • Be sure your subscription hasn't expired. You can go to the account settings page and click the Manage button in the subscriptions section. If your subscription is cancelled or your latest invoice is unpaid you can simply use the Upgrade buttons in the app to purchase a new subscription.
  • Go to your pool or hot tub home page and pull down to refresh the page. Sometimes the app doesn't get the latest updates and this action should clear that up.
  • If that doesn't work. Try closing the app and restarting it
