What is the conversion rate of fluid ounces to Tbsp, Tsp, Cup and mL?

Currently, the Crystal Water Monitoring system will give you chemical measurements in fluid ounces.  Many measuring cups offer this measurement as a standard.  However, if you are used to measuring your chemicals in tablespoons, here is a simple conversion chart.
